Requirements
- Minimum 3++ years in Staffing and Recruiting Sales with a proven ability to close self-prospected deals and grow client accounts
- Experience generating, negotiating and closing Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Placement Roles
- Track record of consistently exceeding Sales quotas 100%+
- Existing client relationships that can carry over and a knack for building trust quickly

- Cultivate and expand relationships with clients you generate, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions
- Engage in proactive business development through cold-calling, networking events, industry conferences, and anywhere you see someone with a need that is limiting their growth
- Represent our services with authenticity, credibility, and a client-first attitude, ensuring successful placements with our recruiting teamβs support
- Drive sales and exceed revenue targets with no cap on commissionβyour earnings are limitless
- Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio, supported by our ability to provide both U.S. and offshore staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Full-Desk role and experience selling Offshore Staffing services
- Type A personality with a competitive edge, ready to exceed expectations and earn significant income on a high-commission plan
