Account Executive, Staffing & Recruiting Sales

Summary

Join our team as an Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of New Business Development experience within Staffing & Recruiting. You will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with clients, driving sales, and exceeding revenue targets with limitless commission potential.

Requirements

• Minimum 3++ years in Staffing and Recruiting Sales with a proven ability to close self-prospected deals and grow client accounts
• Experience generating, negotiating and closing Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Placement Roles
• Track record of consistently exceeding Sales quotas 100%+
• Existing client relationships that can carry over and a knack for building trust quickly

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand relationships with clients you generate, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions
• Engage in proactive business development through cold-calling, networking events, industry conferences, and anywhere you see someone with a need that is limiting their growth
• Represent our services with authenticity, credibility, and a client-first attitude, ensuring successful placements with our recruiting team’s support
• Drive sales and exceed revenue targets with no cap on commission—your earnings are limitless
• Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio, supported by our ability to provide both U.S. and offshore staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Full-Desk role and experience selling Offshore Staffing services
• Type A personality with a competitive edge, ready to exceed expectations and earn significant income on a high-commission plan
• The adaptability to connect with diverse clients and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote team environment
