  • Strong personal relationships with buyers and senior management of significant US agricultural distributors and retailers
  • Proven track record of achieving sales in most regions of US countries
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategy
  • Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes in the agriculture sector, ensuring products comply with local and international regulations
  • A track record of driving innovation in product development, marketing strategies, and distribution approaches within the agricultural industry
  • Proven experience in successfully managing organizational change and adapting to evolving market dynamics
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels within the industry, including government agencies, industry associations, and research institutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a US sales strategy for the company, driving revenue growth and market penetration
  • Identify key opportunities, set sales targets, and lead a customer-centric approach delivering sustainable agricultural solutions
  • Build and manage a strategic distribution network, optimizing partnerships to enhance market reach and customer satisfaction
  • Create and execute a market-driven portfolio strategy, aligning products with demand and competition
  • Lead product development and innovation to position the company as a leader in sustainable solutions
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability to support company growth
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships, ensuring successful entry and growth in the US
  • Provide market insights to refine corporate strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage US financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability strategies
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and proactively address changes in US agricultural standards
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events
