Responsibilities

• Assist in choosing between two Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs)
• Revamp the company website to look more professional and optimize it for SEO
• Organize and streamline the shared drive for efficiency
• Design and send out weekly marketing emails to customers
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), create engaging posts, interact with followers, and increase the company's social media presence
• Manage Google listings, engage with customers, and optimize local SEO to make the dispensary top-rated in the area
• Update the cash flow sheet regularly
• Maintain and update the weekly summary sheet
• Assist CPAs or team members in retrieving information from the shared drive
• Design pamphlets or marketing cards as needed for events
• Analyze company data (pricing, sales, products, etc.) and suggest areas for improvement
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market
• Assist with booking car transfers, researching restaurants, and planning trip details when necessary
• Research and suggest fun activities in NYC
• Book appointments for nails, hair, and spa services
• Schedule cleaning services
• Find handyman services on TaskRabbit
• Research and recommend workshops and events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with website development and SEO optimization
• Background in marketing and data analysis
• Knowledge of local SEO practices and customer engagement
