Summary

Join Employer.com and work as a remote recruiter for a global leader in thermal management and HVAC solutions. This 4-6 month contract (with potential extension) requires 5+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of successful placements in manufacturing, production, and operations. You will source and recruit top talent, develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, collaborate with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, utilize ATS and other recruiting tools, and provide regular updates and reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, be consultative, and be based in CST. This role demands in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in manufacturing, production, operations, etc
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations in manufacturing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
  • Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit top talent for various manufacturing, production, & operations positions across multiple industries
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
