Requirements

• Expertise in Facebook Ads, having directly managed large budget campaigns with results to show
• Highly proficient in Facebook’s Ads Manager
• Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove and report on performance metrics
• Experience managing conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns with ROI related metrics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work and achievements in advertising

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns
• Assessing accounts and developing strategies to improve results for the key metrics
• Implementing and improving on the strategies over time through testing
• Brief creative teams and develop campaign creative assets
• Strategic audience targeting and consistent optimization in all client accounts and campaigns
• Fully owning checking pixels and being the second set of eyes to verify all pixels are placed correctly to ensure proper campaign tracking
• Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, contribute to weekly/monthly client status calls with regular reporting on results
• Close collaboration with our internal team to assess and improve advertising performance
• Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing landscape

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator
