Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in paid advertising, with a focus on multi-platform campaign management
- Expertise in Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn advertising platforms
- Allocate and optimize ad spends exceeding $100,000 monthly
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets, optimize spend, and deliver measurable results
- Strong skills in creative collaboration, including ad copywriting and providing input on visual assets
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms
- A results-driven mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and reporting
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- A passion for innovation, digital advertising, and staying ahead of industry trends
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn to meet client objectives
- Strategically allocate and optimize ad spends exceeding $100,000 monthly
- Develop and implement advanced budget management strategies to maximize ROI and maintain cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad copy, visuals, and messaging tailored to target audiences
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms to track performance, streamline workflows, and maintain clear client communication
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis to uncover insights, guide strategy, and deliver ongoing campaign improvements
- Execute A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization to refine campaigns and improve outcomes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align paid media initiatives with broader marketing strategies
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and competitive
- Provide detailed reporting with clear metrics, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and management
