Summary
Join Grafana as an Enterprise Account Executive and leverage your strategic sales expertise to target SLED accounts within a dedicated territory. You will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, closing new and existing accounts, and exceeding revenue targets. This role requires experience selling to SLED accounts, a strong track record of success, and familiarity with open-source technology. Grafana offers accelerators above 100% quota attainment, and the OTE compensation range in the US is $260,000 - $290,000. Benefits include equity and a bonus (if applicable). Requirements
- Have previously worked in an early-stage company, and you know how to navigate and be successful
- 4 - 6+ years of field sales experience to SLED accounts
- Strong track record of success delivering business value to customers
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Manage complex sales-cycles and present to C-level executives
- Close net new and existing accounts
- Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers
- Be able to understand, promote, and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
- Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
- Build a plan for success internally at Grafana and externally with your accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Cloud or SaaS sales
- Familiarity selling open source technology
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
