Summary

Join Rackner, a fast-growing government contractor, as the Growth Lead to drive new business and identify opportunities within existing customer base.

Requirements

  • B.S. ideally in a technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Technical background of some kind is a big plus
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD patterns
  • Understanding of the Software Factory model a huge plus
  • Experience with programs that use applied AI techniques a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and identify additional opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Work closely with proposal and capture teams to build compelling solutions for federal agencies
  • Identify target customers to grow Rackner's technical capabilities
  • Build and foster trusted relationships with key decision makers and position Rackner to win opportunities
  • Deliver presentations to key agency personnel, execute a strategy and development plan, and work with our founding team to achieve growth objectives
