Requirements
- B.S. ideally in a technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Technical background of some kind is a big plus
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD patterns
- Understanding of the Software Factory model a huge plus
- Experience with programs that use applied AI techniques a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Drive new business and identify additional opportunities within our existing customer base
- Work closely with proposal and capture teams to build compelling solutions for federal agencies
- Identify target customers to grow Rackner's technical capabilities
- Build and foster trusted relationships with key decision makers and position Rackner to win opportunities
- Deliver presentations to key agency personnel, execute a strategy and development plan, and work with our founding team to achieve growth objectives
