Field Account Executive

Summary

The job is for a go-to expert for small and medium-size businesses at Whatnot, a livestream shopping platform. The role involves handling seller outreach and onboarding, relationship management, marketing and growth, and data analytics. The ideal candidate has up to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role, is willing to travel at least 50% of the time, and has strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to expert on how SMBs can scale their business with Whatnot
• Dive deep and become a multi-category expert, including seller/buyer dynamics, sales-channels, and product nuances across collector communities
• Become the face of Whatnot for the community of sellers that you represent
• Source and reach out to sellers to convince them to join and grow their business on Whatnot, primarily via field-sales
• Onboard sellers teaching them how to use the app
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and top strategic partners to support their growth and meet their needs
• Collaborate with partners to develop business growth strategies and communicate product improvements and feedback
• Spearhead diverse marketing initiatives, such as partnerships/campaigns, to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers
