Field AI/ Customer Success Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science (AI/ML specialization), Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent
• 2+ years of real-world experience working with ML models in production
• Comfortable with Kubernetes and public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of tools used for structured and unstructured data, messaging and workflow tools at scale. Tools like Hadoop, MongoDB, Snowflake, Bigquery, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis, RabbitMQ, Airflow, MLFlow, Luigi, Kubeflow, Argo
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn
• Understanding of ML/DS concepts, model evaluation strategies and lifecycle (feature generation, model training, model deployment, batch and real time scoring via REST APIs) and engineering considerations
• Strong coding skills, preferably in Python

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to our customers
• Deliver Fiddler onboarding services for new customers
• Regularly engage customers on status calls, educate on product roadmap and QBRs, manage escalations, while influencing our roadmap in partnership with our Product team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale industrial applications of deep learning in domains like Computer Vision, NLP and/or Speech-to-Text, a plus

• Pay Range in San Francisco California is $130,000 - $180,000
