Senior Solutions Consultant

Summary

The Senior Solutions Consultant, AI at Fieldguide is the primary AI solution lead for customers and prospects. They will engage with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI implementation, develop AI-driven prompts, review and fine-tune AI actions, lead training sessions, establish metrics for performance measurement, and contribute to the development of standardized processes.

Requirements

• Deep industry knowledge and at least 4+ years of experience in audit and advisory services at a public accounting firm are a must
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation and at least 4+ years of experience with AI vertical SaaS solutions
• Proven experience in consulting, project management, or a related field, with a focus on technology-driven solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex client requirements into practical AI solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to comprehend their existing workflows, challenges, and objectives
• Identify opportunities where Fieldguide’s AI capabilities can be implemented to enhance the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of audit workflows
• Develop and engineer AI-driven prompts aimed at streamlining practitioner workflows
• Collaborate with clients to review and fine-tune AI Actions, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations
• Lead the coordination of training sessions for clients to familiarize them with AI actions and their functionalities
• Oversee the seamless rollout of AI solutions within client organizations, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI actions on client workflows
• Monitor and analyze performance data to assess the success of AI implementations and identify areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering training sessions or workshops is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable
