• Analyse multiple alternatives, risks, and benefits for a range of potential solutions; work collaboratively to arrive at a solution and action plan

Responsibilities

• Assist the field sales team with pre-sales support to help identify new customers and increase revenue from existing customers
• Provide front-line training and technical support to customers remotely and on-site for all biomodal products
• Provide advanced applications support and troubleshooting for customers and the field sales team
• Ensure customer interactions promote biomodal’s brand and create high customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Provide technical feedback to internal teams for product improvements
• Track customer satisfaction and work to continually improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in new product development teams and product launches, as requested
