Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in the energy systems industry or related fields
- Hands-on experience with energy system installations or commissioning
- Strong technical knowledge of energy systems, including renewable energy technologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as required
Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine project requirements and constraints
- Collaborate with project managers and design engineers to develop and review field execution plans
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning of energy systems
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications
- Identify and resolve technical issues or challenges that arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports on project status and field activities
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
