Requirements

• Have experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, etc.) with a customer-first mentality
• Possess a knack for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Be fluent in Dutch and French (required for customer interactions)
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Be a self-starter who is motivated and keen to learn

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations and oversee the installation of POS systems
• Provide on-site training for staff and business owners to ensure smooth onboarding
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including networking devices and system integrations
• Collaborate with the Field Sales team and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Represent Lightspeed as an ambassador, ensuring customer success from start to finish

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a passion for technology and innovation
• Have experience with POS systems, SaaS, or hardware installation
• Possess knowledge of networking fundamentals
