Summary
Join Stellar Health as a Field Marketing Associate and play a pivotal role in driving inbound interest through event planning, partner management, and campaign execution. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a field, event or partner marketing role in the B2B enterprise tech/software space, preferably within the healthcare vertical
- Direct experience in event & conference marketing management, webinars, 3rd-party lead-gen partnerships, or a related role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and execute successful events/conferences that align with broader marketing goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience using data and analytics to make informed decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with partners, customers, and internal teams
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo + Salesforce) and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Enthusiastic about creating impactful analog and digital experiences that drive meaningful connections
- The know-how to create quick, high-quality content that supports the success of aforementioned marketing channels
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events, tradeshows, virtual events, and customer engagements, ensuring seamless execution
- Handle all events and conference webinars logistics, including creating abstracts, landing pages, marketing assets, email communication cadences and more
- Research, identify, and recruit potential partners whose target audience aligns with ours, specifically for joint event participation, webinar collaboration and 3rd party lead generation campaigns
- This includes conferences, trade shows, online events, and co-hosted webinars
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at partner organizations, specifically those involved in events and webinar production
- Act as the primary point of contact for event and webinar-related partnerships
- Stay informed on the latest B2B and social marketing trends to bring fresh ideas and approaches to events and campaigns
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing both online and offline co-marketing campaigns, enhancing our ability to engage target audiences across multiple channels
- Work with the broader sales & marketing teams to provide effective partner/sales enablement support pre/post online and offline campaigns to maximize pipeline generation and conversion from such activities
- Stay up to date on local markets and monitor competitor trends in order to identify field/partner marketing opportunities that drive new business
- Support internal company events, customer related initiatives, and swag for customers and partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong preference for candidates in Eastern Time Zone

- The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 and will be eligible for performance based variable compensation and equity grant
