Remote Field Marketing Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Field Marketing Manager and be responsible for demand generation plan for an assigned sales territory (EMEA) through various marketing channels.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing
• Exemplary communication skills without a fear of over-communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
• Capacity to empathize with the needs and experiences of IT leaders, IT ops practitioners, and developers
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience with supporting direct sales
• Experience running marketing to develop DACH, BENELUX, Nordics, and/or UK & Ireland
• Robust understanding of marketing to the automotive and tech sectors

Responsibilities

• Planing and hosting online and offline events to create net new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities, and deepen our existing customer relationships
• To strategize, build, and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail marketing, content marketing, and other channels as you see fit
• Creating, expanding, and accelerating sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing campaigns as needed, including increasing brand awareness, testing messages, and driving leads and MQLs for the sales region
• Supporting Partner Marketing activities from approval of the campaign through execution as required
• Regional event and onsite management
• Ensuring all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, and measure and report on their effectiveness
