Summary
Join our team as a Sr. Marketing Manager, responsible for building integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline for the sales team. You will partner with sales, BDRs and across functions to ensure resource maximization and support new business at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Regional Expertise: Extensive experience in the UK and German market with professional level language skills
- 5-7 years of Marketing experience
- Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Campaign Execution: Strong experience in supporting and executing full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Data-Driven: Proficient in leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimize performance
- Continuous Improvement: Mindset geared towards continual improvement and optimization of campaign processes
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic global environments and resolve ambiguity quickly
- Collaboration: Passion for working with sales and partner teams to execute cross-functional campaigns
- Customer Focus: Strong interest in engaging with and understanding North EMEA customer needs to tailor campaigns effectively
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with stakeholders across multiple time zones to coordinate campaign efforts
- Impact-Driven: Desire to make a significant impact and drive change through effective campaign execution
- Curiosity: Solutions-oriented mindset driven by curiosity to explore new campaign approaches
- Bachelorβs Degree required: Marketing or Business Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Proactively execute North EMEA short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline
- Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for the North EMEA Sales teams, and measure and report on critical sales funnel metrics
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to improve resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation
- Work closely with sales, the global marketing team, the agencies, and partner teams to deliver full-funnel marketing programs
- Focus on executing campaigns tailored to specific market needs and verticals
- Provide feedback to broader teams about market conditions, highlighting successful strategies and areas for improvement
- Assist in achieving North EMEA-wide marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success in the region
- Partner with the BDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes
- Regularly update marketing, sales, and product teams about regional customer behaviours, buying preferences, and patterns
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to report on effectiveness and ROI, providing insights for future campaign improvements
