Summary

Join our team as a Field Marketing Manager (m/w/d) and develop regional programs and marketing strategies for the south-east European region, working remotely or from our TEAMocom Spaces.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing in the B2B technology field
  • Strategic and practical knowledge in digital marketing and control and implementation of marketing measures
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving competence
  • Fluent English language skills (C1), very good knowledge of another language (Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian or Bosnian, at least B2) and good German language skills (B1)

Responsibilities

  • Develop regional programs and marketing strategies within the entire marketing mix
  • Create digital campaigns for target groups and use other formats, such as events on site, to support sales at local presence
  • Work closely with our global operating marketing team
  • Manage regional budgets and research, select, and negotiate with external service providers
