Summary

Join our marketing team as a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to orchestrate event marketing efforts and account-based marketing across the West + Central regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: At least 7 years in marketing with minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a specific focus on field marketing and events. Prior experience managing both small-scale and large-scale events is required
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with other departments to achieve marketing goals
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage high-pressure situations effectively
  • Passion for Event Marketing: A strong interest in curating unforgettable experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of regional events, including hospitality experiences, partner events, and industry-specific gatherings
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including registration, shipping, setup, day-of event support and post-event wrap-up
  • Provide support for larger-scale tradeshows and tentpole events. This includes coordination with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring brand consistency
  • Work closely with GTM and marketing teams to ensure event messaging and goals are aligned with broader company objectives
  • Manage relationships with event vendors and partners, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes. Implement programs specific to channel reseller partners that increase metrics from events
  • Oversee and manage the budget for regional events, ensuring cost-effective strategies without compromising event quality
  • Work with Marketing Ops to track event attendance, manage list uploads and evaluate the success of each event based on predetermined KPIs and metrics. Provide post-event reports and insights
  • Oversee inventory, coordinate distribution at events, and ensure the quality and relevance of SWAG to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement
