Summary
Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Field Marketing Manager in their European team. You will develop and execute integrated marketing plans for commercial solutions, collaborating with sales, market strategists, and product marketing. This role involves overseeing demand generation, crafting targeted marketing programs, writing compelling campaign copy, and working with sales teams on account-level plans. You will manage third parties, collaborate cross-functionally, track program performance, and optimize resources. Veeva offers a flexible work-anywhere policy and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing and demand generation within B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solutions
- Experience in building and executing go-to-market plans and integrated marketing programs
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and sense of ownership
- Excellent spoken & written English
Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive demand generation and field marketing plans to support revenue objectives of the existing customer base and acquire new customers
- Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to demand generation campaigns/nurtures, customer retention, and education campaigns, field events, user events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars, digital and PR
- Write on-message campaign copy (including landing pages, emails, and social posts) that drives high engagement and conversion
- Work closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts
- Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for pharma/life sciences purchasing
- Manage relevant 3rd parties in the execution of programs
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
- Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Marketo
- ABM expertise
- Life sciences industry experiences a plus but not essential
