Requirements
- 5β7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software industry or within a software vending company
- Masterβs degree or equivalent in Marketing
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing and automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), plus CRM experience (Salesforce)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented problem solver with strong strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong team-first attitude
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns by industry vertical and persona across multiple digital and offline channels (LinkedIn, media, website, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate events including tradeshows, conferences, 3rd party webinars, and Centric-led marketing initiatives
- Support large account conversion by creating focused marketing programs that align with sales strategies
- Create marketing assets (campaign materials, collateral) in collaboration with content managers and copywriters
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies
- Segment databases and ensure optimized customer outreach
- Manage external freelancers and agencies to deliver key marketing initiatives
- Track and manage budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI across marketing activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to retail or cosmetics brands is highly desirable
- Language skills: English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
