Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a significant portion spent in both CPG and start-up environments
- Proven success in launching and growing brands in new markets
- Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in new markets
- Deep understanding of the UK market and its unique consumer dynamics
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is a must
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy tailored to the UK market, aligning with our global brand mission and values
- Conduct deep market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and assess competitive dynamics to inform our brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction for the UK audience
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, out-of-home, PR, and experiential channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Identify and establish partnerships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with our retail team to bring our brand to life in-store
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and within budget
- Manage brand budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership
- Lead and inspire cross-functional team members in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- A Masterโs degree is a plus
- Experience in the personal care, cosmetics, and/or beauty industries preferred
- Fluency in an additional European language is a plus
