Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation
- Proven experience carrying out tasks related to event marketing efforts, including planning and reporting for tradeshow, roadshows, webinars, community events
- You’re comfortable with email marketing and event software such as Hubspot, Bizzabo, or similar
- You’re highly organized and detail oriented
- You have superior written and interpersonal communication skills
- You enjoy traveling and working on the go; up to 50% of your time will be spent traveling to various events in North America
- You’re self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and can multi-task effectively
- You’re independent, resourceful and can problem solve creatively
- You’re analytical and can connect the dots to identify trends, patterns, and challenges
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Roofr brand, value proposition, and target audience
- Initiate and project manage event projects end to end and on time
- Identify new opportunities for event sponsorship and manage the sponsorship cycle
- Manage in-person field events and future virtual events from start to finish
- Nurture positive speaker and partner experiences by building trusting, long term relationships
- Work closely with the field marketing team to plan and execute pre, during, and post event activities
- Work with the wider Roofr team to get help, support, and resources for areas we need pertaining to events
- Work with the creative team to create high quality, consistent branding for all events
- Responsible for ordering and tracking event and partner inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc
- Carry out all post-campaign administration, budget reconciliation, KPI tracking, follow-up communications, team debriefs and ROI analysis
