Remote Field Operations Director

Summary

Join Gavin de Becker & Associates (GDBA) as a Field Operations Director and support the protective mission of protecting human life through the assessment, prediction, and management of violence. As a FOD, you will provide protection and logistical support at clients' homes and when they travel, detect and defeat adversaries, create and maintain readiness to meet any threat, survey and prepare locations prior to arrival of the protected person, and coordinate and execute plans for security and medical emergencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience conducting close protection/executive protection operations for high-net-worth clients/at-risk clients
• 5+ years working in a full-time certified law enforcement officer position(s)
• 3+ years working as a Paramedic (NREMT-P) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Wish to be of service and protect others
• Excellent health and fitness, able to pass physical readiness test
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability
• Drug and nicotine-free
• Able to pass a pre-employment background investigation
• Commitment to maintaining high level of attentiveness and energy
