Requirements
- 12+ years of global field operations or similar experience, with 5+ years managing teams in high-growth environments
- Tenacious in details; proven ability to build and improve the infrastructure inside a business through rapid growth
- Meaningful experience leading a consumer-oriented and customer-centric business or brand
- Consumer-centric mindset and evidence of delivering world class product/service
- Proven ability to scale high-performing teams, driving growth while balancing entrepreneurial market-driven approaches with structured management
- Extensive experience in executing large-scale programs with a focus on local market knowledge, including partnerships with institutions, businesses, and tourism boards
- Expertise in market-level growth strategies, supply acquisition, and performance optimization
- A strong track record of managing cross-functional relationships and influencing senior stakeholders to support revenue growth and market innovation
- Exceptional leadership skills in fostering a positive, high-performing team culture and coaching team members for current and future success
- Ability to work within fast-paced, data-driven environments, driving results through others and aligning market operations with long-term business objectives
- Skilled at navigating organizational barriers and leading cross-functional alignment to overcome challenges and drive business growth
- Deep knowledge of the Americas market, with a strong network and understanding of key market drivers, trends, and challenges
- Track record of working closely with senior leadership and acting as a thought partner to Directors, Regional Directors, and VPs to inform strategy and decision-making yielding positive outcomes
Responsibilities
- Build, lead and mentor a team of Market Managers across the US, Mexico and Brazil, driving operational excellence and accountability
- Curate a world-class community of hosts that share their passion with our customers
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply acquisition, host quality, and market optimization strategies
- Ensure the alignment of local initiatives with broader business goals and performance metrics
- Oversee the growth and success of key markets, ensuring robust host performance and local partnerships that contribute to market leadership
- Drive high-impact cross-functional collaboration with Product, Policy, and Community teams to ensure seamless market operations
- Provide operational oversight and strategic direction for market-specific innovations that support scalable and localized experiences
