Summary
Join Rackner as a Field Operations Engineer and contribute to the JCC2 program, providing technical expertise and support to the DoD. You will work on-site, offering training and assistance to commands, acting as a liaison between the government and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing best practices, documenting procedures, integrating JCC2 capabilities, and creating test cases. Requirements
- Ability to conduct database queries
- Ability to travel greater than 25%
- Current secret clearance with ability to attain a TS/SCI clearance and willing to obtain a polygraph
- 5 yearsβ experience in working in Cyber Mission Force community
- At least 10 years IT systems administrative experience with both Microsoft and Linux platforms
- Two years proficient understanding of maintenance (patching, STIG, and upgrade processes) on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience and/or training in system administration and development best practices in AWS
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter proficiency for work described in the task
- Provide analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements
- Provide customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of systems
- Participate in the establishment measurement, and achievement of customer satisfaction metrics
- Perform project management function from client engagements to include identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Provide client feature request to the JCC2 PMO and project support personnel
- Develop and write documentation as required
- Train and familiarize operators on equipment and systems as directed by the JCC2 PMO
- Support an environment conducive to successful team interaction and customer satisfaction
- Possess strong, results-oriented work ethic and customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Programming and query language experience
- Strong project management skills with experience in DevOps and/or SAFe/Agile
- Atlassian Collaboration tools
- AWS SysOps Administrator certification
- Red Hat certification
- Government or military cyber experience
