Summary
Join CSN Collision as the Field Operations Manager β Southwest (FOM β California), serving as the primary contact for all California locations and potentially supporting other states. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance store growth, performance, and operational efficiency using the CSN Collision System. Conduct quarterly FOCUS meetings with each store to review performance, utilize system tools, and identify strategic action items. Lead regional meetings, execute strategies, and resolve store concerns. Contribute to training and development, report progress, and maintain strong communication. This role requires extensive travel and a home office.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of management experience in the collision repair industry
- Post-secondary education in a business or field related to the collision repair industry
- Completion of recent professional development courses (e.g., I-Car, AMI, Betag, etc.) in management, leadership, or industry-related topics
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CSN Collision stores in California, with potential support for surrounding states
- Understand store needs and collaborate with the Director of Field Operations or other departments to address them
- Conduct quarterly FOCUS Meetings with each store to ensure optimal utilization of the CSN Collision System
- Review overall business performance, program performance, vendor utilization, marketing programs, software usage, training, and other components of the CSN Collision System during FOCUS meetings
- Discuss new and upcoming CSN Collision initiatives during FOCUS meetings
- Review outstanding and new issues, including non-urgent ones, during FOCUS meetings
- Identify one or two strategic action items and their expected timing during FOCUS meetings
- Lead in-person regional meetings twice a year
- Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations to develop strategies for maximizing the use of the CSN Collision and CSN Systems
- Work with other teams to execute strategies and suggest improvements to the system
- Resolve store concerns and high-urgency issues originating from corporate teams, providing clear and timely direction
- Escalate complex case management issues to the Director of Field Operations when necessary and assist teammates with case management and file auditing
- Support in building training and contribute as a subject matter expert to the Training and Development Team
- Report progress and activity to the Director of Field Operations and through the organization's CRM System, including FOCUS meeting details, cases and action items, challenges, KPI performance, and tactical plan execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrate servant leadership in supporting and guiding CSN Collision locations
- Possess a track record of successful management and leadership experience, with a professional and engaging personality
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, with logical and organized thinking and clear communication skills
- Enthusiastic approach to working in Microsoft Office and learning new technology tools
