Field Service Procurement Manager

Join Omnidian, a fast-growing tech-enabled service company, as their Procurement Manager. Lead key functions in vendor management and material readiness, reporting to the Head of Field Operations. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Field Service Delivery teams to efficiently scale the national service network and ensure exceptional client service. This role involves managing the RFP process for preventative and corrective maintenance labor, ensuring timely sourcing and contractual alignment. You will also develop and implement a national spare parts program to improve time-to-remediation and reduce repeat truck rolls. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with strong organizational and project management skills, comfortable navigating contract language and legal coordination. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management roles
- Demonstrated experience running RFPs and negotiating vendor contracts
- Experience working in a multi-state or national field operations or logistics environment
- Strong analytical skills with a comfort working in Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent
- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the RFP process for Preventative Maintenance and corrective labor
- Ensure timely sourcing, pricing consistency, and contractual alignment across a growing vendor network
- Manage ongoing contract amendments and addenda in partnership with Legal
- Maintain clarity, compliance, and documentation across provider relationships
- Support cost control and quality assurance across vendor services
- Develop and implement a national spare parts program
- Improve time-to-remediation by minimizing delays tied to material gaps
- Reduce repeat truck rolls and improve first-time resolution rates
- Forecast and manage inventory in alignment with service needs
- Partner with Field Operations to ensure regional material availability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in renewable energy, field services, or high-growth tech-enabled services
- Familiarity with NetSuite, ServiceTitan, or similar ERP/field service management systems
- Background in inventory management, warehouse logistics, or supply chain operations
