The job is for a Fieldwork Coordinator on a freelance basis to recruit, train, and manage Evaluators for the CXG Operations team in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. The role involves evaluating customer experience in luxury stores and providing feedback to improve it.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and certify a sufficient number of active Evaluators for specific projects
• Manage the timely assignment and execution of missions as per company standards, specific mission/client requirements, and project schedule/deadline
• Coordinate with and report project status to the Operations team leader or Operations Manager
