Summary
Join Zigzag's team as a Finance Admin Support! Monitor and oversee commissions receivable, prepare reports and post commission payments, and actively communicate with vendors. Respond to supplier concerns, analyze and clean up ledgers, and prepare account reconciliations. Perform other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or equivalent, relevant experience, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelorβs/College Degree (Finance/Accounting/Business course or equivalent)
- With experience related to the job is required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent numerical ability
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- With good verbal and written communication skills and can deal with different kinds of customers
Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee Commissions Receivable
- Responsible for preparation of reports and posting commission payments
- Actively communicating with vendors on commissions chase
- Respond to suppliers concerns through calls/emails
- Analyze and proactively clean-up ledgers
- Prepares necessary account reconciliation
- Performs other tasks as may be required
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably knowledgeable in using TRAMADA
- Preferably can start immediately
