Requirements

• Previous experience in a finance admin, financial support role
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Comfortable using Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
• Able to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
• You must be available to start within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance admin tasks, including filing invoices, matching receipts, and updating expense records
• Assist with managing the inbox for finance queries (internal and external)
• Help process supplier payments and liaise with team members to collect approvals and missing info
• Support with reconciling bank statements and inputting transactions into Xero
• Support with processing payroll
• Assist in preparing month-end, including journals, reports and documents,as needed
• Maintain orderly and up-to-date financial files and shared records
• Help with data collection for regulatory, tax or audit requests
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Senior Financial Controller
