Summary

Join KITSCH, a self-financed, female-owned global accessory brand, as a Finance Analyst. You will be responsible for generating and submitting weekly, monthly, and annual reports related to sales performance, inventory, profitability, and ongoing projects. Collaborate with other departments to improve profitability and reduce costs. This role requires financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking, as well as analyzing financial data and creating financial models. You will report on financial performance, analyze past results, identify trends, and recommend improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a BS in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics, 2-3 years of experience, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Requirements

  • Education BS in Accountancy, Finance or Economics
  • Experience 2-3 years of experience
  • Required Skills MS Excel (Advanced)
  • Knowledge of Accounting & Finance
  • English: B2+ (as he/she will be communicating findings and recommendations an International Team based mostly in the US and the Philippines)

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Create different kinds of finance related management reports for internal and external Stakeholders
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desirable: CPA
  • Desirable: Experience in Finance in a Retail or Consumer Goods Company
  • Desired Skills Familiarity with Data Query/Management Tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
