Finance Analyst

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business analysis roles
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working remotely in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel and/or accounting tools
• Collaborate with planning and operations teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Prepare financial models and scenario analyses for leadership review
• Support budget tracking and variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders
