Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related area
  • 5+ years of sales compensation experience
  • Experience with Xactly
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with commission calculations
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in a high-growth, sales-driven organization
  • Track record of providing innovative solutions and driving process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure individual quota attainment and commission payout are calculated correctly, and payroll is submitted for timely payout
  • Reviewing data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and quality when loaded to Xactly
  • Manage payment issues/escalations, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and identify opportunities for preventative measures
  • Provide support as subject matter expert in Sales Compensation Review meetings
  • Ensure compliance with sales compensation policies and SOX requirements and maintain supporting documents
  • Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to build constructive relationship and drive continuous cross-functional process improvement
  • Participate in User Acceptance Test for system plan implementation and updates
  • Provide support for any ad hoc business requirements
