Finance Associate

Summary

The job is for an Accounts Payable Clerk who will implement financial procedures, process invoices, manage account payables transactions, complete administrative tasks, and have good communication skills. A degree or diploma in Accountancy/ Finance is required.

Requirements

• Possess knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
• Team player and yet able to work independently
• Degree/ diploma in Accountancy/ Finance

Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to the company's financial procedures and policies
• Process vendor invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, vendor setup and bank reconciliations
• Proactive management of account payables transactions and possess high level of service quality
• Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records

Benefits

The salary for this position is ₱20,000 - ₱26,000 a month
