Summary

Excel Sports Management is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Financial Associate with up to 1 year of experience or May 2024 graduates. The candidate will assist the financial team in processing contracts, invoices, and payments, managing AR reports, and onboarding new clients, employees, and vendors. The position offers a pay of $16.00 per hour.

Open to May 2024 graduates or up to 1 year experience

Responsibilities

• Processing new contracts, preparing invoices, assisting with vendor forms, and ensuring prompt and accurate payments to clients and the company
• Support and ensure accuracy with the data migration between financial management systems (ERP)
• Record incoming and outgoing payments using our web-based accounting platforms
• Onboard new clients, employees, and vendors in a timely manner to ensure seamless integration into our payment system within our ERP
• Send internal communication reminders to facilitate the resolution of outstanding payments, and takes initiative to follow up individually as needed
• Manage and track specific AR reports, including the monitoring of aged collections
