Summary

The job is a position in Corporate Finance at Roadsurfer, a fast-growing campervan rental company. The role involves supporting the Head of Corporate Finance in strategic corporate finance matters, particularly asset financing, and financial planning. The employee will also communicate with banks and work closely with the Director Finance and CEO for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Successfully completed business studies
• 2-3 years of experience and initial successes in structuring and executing corporate financings (ideally with reference to asset financing) or in the corporate customer credit business of a bank
• Enjoy working with contractual, tax, economic, and financial matters as well as complex financing structures
• Hands-on mentality and solution orientation, positive attitude, and strong team skills
• High customer orientation, good communication skills, and analytical abilities
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good English skills, ideally fluent

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Corporate Finance in all aspects of strategic corporate finance, particularly asset financing
• Assist in the setup of structural financing forms and execute new (capital-)financings from Term Sheet to Closing
• Communicate with banks, such as preparing reporting standards and Q&A sessions
• Take responsibility for the financial planning in close coordination with Fleet Strategy and Fleet Operations
