Requirements

CA Inter/M.Com./MBA with 3-5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Managing and recording day-to-day transactions in books of accounts
• Accounts Receivable: Invoice verification, Payment follow-up with the customers and ensuring timely payments from customers, preparation of Age wise receivables outstanding
• Accounts Payable: Accounting of Suppliers' & Sub Contractors' bills, Expense bills, Employee reimbursements verification and accounting. Ensuring timely payments made to suppliers and Age wise Payables
• Reconciliations: Bank accounts, Customer accounts, Vendor accounts and Intercompany
• Month-end closing process i.e. provision entries, prepaid entries, depreciation entries
• Handle Income Tax, GST, and Secretarial matters. Filing of various returns under the above acts
• Reviewing the invoices received from employees as reimbursement and processing
• Coordinate with various teams for data

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Quick books/ Zoho books, MS Office skills, and Google Sheets
