Requirements

• Profound Excel skills, as well as experience with Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Macros
• Expertise in interpreting financial data to provide meaningful insights for informed decision-making
• Excellent English communication skills and a professional attitude at all times
• Experience in accurately preparing and analysing financial statements and reports, conducting audits, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance overall financial performance
• The ability to quickly grasp new platforms and technologies essential for the role

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from external invoices in different formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) to evaluate rates, fees, and discounts of potential clients
• Retrieve necessary data, identify analytical requirements, derive insights, and automate processes using tools like Power BI or Power Query
• Create comprehensive reports to effectively communicate financial and business trends to management
• Optimize the processes for weekly audits conducted on billing data for thousands of customer shipments
• Optimize the processes for commission calculations from complex sales data, and for tracking sales performance metrics
• Implement optimization strategies for audit and report processes, streamlining workflows, and ensuring efficiency
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested to address specific inquiries or to provide deeper insights into particular areas of interest
• Work with cross-functional team and outsourced accounting firm to report and integrate financial and operational data
