Finance Executive

Summary

The job is for a Financial Manager at LiquidX, a venture studio specializing in independent innovation and collaborative entrepreneurship. The role involves managing finances, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a finance role (2 - 4 years preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA/CPA is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Familiarity with financial software and tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Prepare and present regular financial reports
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls
• Monitor and control expenditures
• Manage cash flow and liquidity
• Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Work closely with other departments to support financial aspects of projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Blockchain and Web3 is an advantage
