Finance Intern

Join Dutchie as a Finance Intern for a full-time position from now until the end of 2025! This internship provides hands-on experience in core finance and accounts receivable operations, offering exposure to ERP systems, customer-facing document creation, and support for critical payment processes. You will gain valuable experience working with data from multiple ERP systems, researching payment inquiries, applying payments to accounts and invoices, analyzing transaction histories, streamlining reporting processes, and participating in cross-functional projects. There is potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role after the internship. Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort navigating data-heavy tools
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining customer statements of accounts using data from multiple ERP systems
• Research payment-related inquiries by collaborating with internal teams and customers
• Support the application of incoming payments to the correct accounts and invoices
• Analyze transaction histories and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Help streamline reporting processes and improve visibility into customer payment activity
• Participate in cross-functional projects that support Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Support teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce
• Exposure to SaaS or startup environments
• Familiarity with Sage or other ERP systems
• Experience or coursework related to payments or cash application

Benefits

We are targeting an hourly rate of $18-$25 per hour
