Summary

The job is for an accounting position at LUXASIA, a leading beauty omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific with over 100 luxury brand partners. The role involves assisting with month-end financial reports, posting journal entries, generating payment vouchers and cheques, recording accounts payable and receivable, tracking and reconciling bank statements, handling administrative work, and performing other tasks as assigned. The candidate should have relevant educational qualifications in accounting, be knowledgeable about accounting, proficient in Microsoft Office, communicate well with others, and be eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end financial reports
• Post journal entries
• Generate payment vouchers and issue cheques
• Assist in raise invoices
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Track and reconcile bank statements
• Assist with audits
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
