Finance Manager

Summary

Join Domino's Finance Team as a highly impactful financial analyst. You will maintain and update the company's financial model, design and administer GTM compensation plans, and manage the deal desk function. This role requires strong FP&A experience, expertise in sales compensation plan administration, and deal desk functions. The ideal candidate is a tenacious problem-solver with a growth mindset. Requirements

• Strong FP&A business partnering experience
• Experience administering and designing sales compensation plans
• Experience with deal desk functions including order form creation, red-lining, deal term calculations for quota/company reporting purposes
• Tenacious work ethic with a true curiosity and desire to improve and own processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain the financial model for the company and perform regular forecast updates in collaboration with different leaders from around the company
• Administer and design all GTM compensation plans for the company including Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success
• Emerge as a consistent, responsive voice of our deal desk function
• Evaluate and improve existing processes as needed
