Finance Manager

Summary

Join Domino's Finance Team as a financial analyst to support sales, product, finance, and legal teams. Maintain and update the company's financial model, administer and design GTM compensation plans, and manage the deal desk function. Evaluate and improve existing processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong FP&A business partnering experience, familiarity with Anaplan, experience administering and designing sales compensation plans, and experience with deal desk functions. A tenacious work ethic and a desire to improve and own processes are essential. Requirements

• Strong FP&A business partnering experience; familiarity with Anaplan strongly preferred
• Experience administering and designing sales compensation plans
• Experience with deal desk functions including order form creation, red-lining, deal term calculations for quota/company reporting purposes
• Tenacious work ethic with a true curiosity and desire to improve and own processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain the financial model for the company and perform regular forecast updates in collaboration with different leaders from around the company
• Administer and design all GTM compensation plans for the company including Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success
• Emerge as a consistent, responsive voice of our deal desk function
• Evaluate and improve existing processes as needed
