Summary

Join Experian as a Finance Manager and become a critical partner to the Fraud & ID business, providing financial analysis support for Experian North America. You will manage the AOP, monthly forecasting, and quarterly business updates, as well as the month-end close process. Responsibilities include designing insightful reports, developing P&L analytics, providing financial modeling support, and improving financial reporting processes. You will collaborate across teams to achieve impactful results and guide the development of key financial measurements. This role offers the flexibility of being 100% remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience
  • Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines
  • Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences complex issues
  • Ability to balance between and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasting, and quarterly business updates. Responsibilities will include forming timelines, templates, and internal review materials
  • Manage the month-end close and monthly forecasting process
  • Design reports to give a valuable understanding of historical and future financial projections that support decision-making and could lead to applicable opportunities
  • Develop P&L analytics to use data and identify main insights and opportunities
  • Provide financial modeling support for multiple projects and ad hoc requests. Understand the details while at the same time being able to advise on big-picture challenges
  • Develop financial reporting with an eye to streamlining processes and raising the standard for the quality of deliverables
  • Improve and standardization reporting through new tools, dashboards, and processes to lead scalable analysis
  • Build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve impactful results and provide planning and analysis support to lead financial goals
  • Guide the development and reporting of (and, in some instances, personally develop) measurements across revenue, billing, capital, pricing, and costs
