Join HackerOne as a Senior Finance Manager and play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of our rapidly growing technology company. This remote position, based in Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC, requires an experienced finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges. You will lead financial planning and analysis, collaborate with business leaders, conduct in-depth financial analysis, support executive decision-making, optimize capital allocation, enhance financial systems and reporting, and drive process improvements. This role reports to the VP of Strategic Finance and offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in ERP systems (Workday or similar) and planning tools (Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic decision-making
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A): Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with business leaders: Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans, optimize resources, and drive operational efficiency
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis: Provide insights on key business drivers, unit economics, and performance trends
- Support executive decision-making: Prepare financial presentations, board materials, and investor communications
- Optimize capital allocation: Assess ROI for strategic initiatives, investments, and corporate development opportunities
- Enhance financial systems and reporting: Identify automation opportunities and implement best-in-class financial tools
- Drive process improvements: Establish scalable finance processes to support hyper-growth and operational excellence
