Summary
Join Included Health as a Finance Manager - Cost of Revenue and contribute to forecasting, analysis, and strategic cost management. This remote role involves overseeing financial models for clinical staffing and fixed costs, ensuring alignment with company goals. You will partner with business operations, build financial reporting dashboards, and perform proactive cost tracking. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- 6+ years of finance experience focused in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in complex modeling, specifically within workforce models and variable expenses
- Experience understanding and resolving complex issues while applying data and preparing in-depth analysis
- Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences
- Experience presenting complex financial information in easily understood formats
- Can work with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative environment
- Experience leading departments to planned targets
- Healthcare domain experience
Responsibilities
- Build financial reporting dashboards and models while assisting with data standardization in financial reporting tools
- Work on long-term planning, annual planning and monthly forecasting process in partnership with the product line owners
- Create excellent financial and business partnerships that help drive improved product profitability
- Perform proactive cost tracking activities and report out
- Become a key partner to the operations and general management team by providing financial insight and supporting strategic decisions for the business
