Finance Manager, Cost of Revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of finance experience focused in financial planning and analysis
• Experience in complex modeling, specifically within workforce models and variable expenses
• Experience understanding and resolving complex issues while applying data and preparing in-depth analysis
• Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences
• Experience presenting complex financial information in easily understood formats
• Can work with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative environment
• Experience leading departments to planned targets
• Healthcare domain experience

Responsibilities

• Build financial reporting dashboards and models while assisting with data standardization in financial reporting tools
• Work on long-term planning, annual planning and monthly forecasting process in partnership with the product line owners
• Create excellent financial and business partnerships that help drive improved product profitability
• Perform proactive cost tracking activities and report out
• Become a key partner to the operations and general management team by providing financial insight and supporting strategic decisions for the business
