Finance Manager

Summary

Join Anantara, a luxury hospitality brand, as their Finance Manager and work closely with the Cluster Director of Finance to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the finance department. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts; monitoring and analyzing financial performance; overseeing accounts payable and receivable; ensuring compliance; assisting with audits and payroll; providing support to other departments; and supervising and training finance staff. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. The position offers a remote work location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cluster Director of Finance in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
• Assist with financial audits and payroll related activities
• Provide support to other departments regarding financial matters
• Supervise and train finance department staff
