Finance Manager, Controller

Summary

Join Finley as their first full-time Finance hire, leading and overseeing all financial operations and planning. Working directly with executives, you will help Finley achieve business outcomes, manage financial risks, and optimize treasury operations. This role offers the freedom to establish new processes and structures and collaborate with various teams to support Finley's growth goals. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and analysis, accounts receivable and payable management, treasury and cash management, tax compliance, and investor reporting. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of accounting or FP&A experience, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a collaborative approach.

Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting or FP&A experience
• Data-driven approach to solving unstructured problems and identifying improvement areas
• Thrive in dynamic settings and are self-driven to add value and solve new challenges
• An eye for detail, produce high-quality work consistently, and are able to draw insights from the data that is available
• Collaborate with teams across the organization. Stay intellectually honest, challenge others without ego, and believe that the best solutions only emerge when everyone brings their perspective to the table
