Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable back-office foundation to Primer’s growth
  • Integrate NetSuite with the rest of existing tech stack P2P, Billing, CRM, Ticketing System, HRiS, etc
  • Foster NetSuite adoption by training other departmental users on NetSuite functionality
  • Monitor Finance systems performance and carry functional troubleshooting on process, technical troubleshooting on workflows and scripts debugging
  • Develop and maintain financial reports to support decision-making processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within NetSuite and other adjacents solution to Primer tech stack
  • Streamline financial workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and integrations
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and segregation of duties to safeguard financial data
  • Assist audits by providing necessary documentation
  • Lead the maintenance of order intake approval process as part of the Finance Operations tasks
  • Clearly document and communicate operating procedures as part of Primer’s internal knowledge base

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing and maintaining a variety of finance tools such as P2P, Spend Management, Treasury Management System, etc
  • Foundational understanding of integrations between finance and non-finance applications
  • Ability to build automations using application native functionality or third party tools such as Zapier
