Finance Operations Manager

This remote-first/hybrid-flexible position, based in Austin, TX or Toronto, ON, requires 5+ years of finance/business experience in SaaS or e-commerce. You will handle sales order creation and review, commission calculation, and the billing process, acting as a communication bridge between teams. The role involves preparing sales orders, reviewing invoicing, analyzing sales data, and performing commission calculations. Requirements

• 5 + years of experience in finance/business-related roles in SaaS or E-commerce
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, superior attention to detail, and quick learning skills
• High attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Handle Sales order creation and review, commission calculation, and billing process
• Act as a communication bridge between the GTM team and the finance team
• Coordinate and organize financial training
• Answer financial-related questions of the GTM team
• Prepare sale orders and ensure that contract terms comply with the company's financial and business policies
• Evaluate and improve the sales order process
• Review invoicing for new products or new business models
• Prepare and analyze sales and payment data, and provide related reports and financial advice to decision-makers
• Perform and review commission calculation and ensuring the accuracy of commission calculation and timely payment
• Assisting in organizing and maintaining relevant rules for commission calculation
• Liaise with various parties and answer questions related to commission calculation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commission management and calculation processes
• Experience with sales orders and billing processes
• Experience in a highly growth international company
• Able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese
